Do you like saving money for college, and planning ahead? College is already expensive even with benefits, but with less classes and more credits you won’t have to pay for as much. How can you get those credits for a lower cost? AP classes and courses, they are like college-level classes you can take early. They’re harder than regular classes, but they help prepare you for the thinking and work you’ll have to do in college.
If you pass the AP exam at the end of the year, some colleges will give you credit, make sure the college you want will give credits based on the course you take. So if you get the credit, you might not have to take the class again in college. Even if you don’t get the credit, just taking the class shows colleges that you’re serious about learning and challenging yourself in high school.
