Must-try Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

AI-Generated+Chocolate-Covered+Strawberry
AI-Generated Chocolate-Covered Strawberry

Chocolate-covered strawberries. Now, chocolate-covered strawberries are pretty simple.
You will need:

24 strawberries
16oz milk chocolate
12oz white chocolate
Skewers
Sprinkles* (optional)

Start by washing the strawberries in the sink; while this step isn’t necessary, it is highly recommended. Lay the cleaned strawberries on a paper towel and allow them to dry fully. Dry strawberries are essential; otherwise, the chocolate will not stick.
While the strawberries are drying, I tend to melt the chocolate in a glass cup through the microwave, though you can do this in a pan or a microwave-safe bowl. Place the two different chocolates in your container of choice. If you choose to microwave the chocolate, microwave it in 30-second increments.
Once the strawberries are dry, place them on individual skewers, dip them into the chocolate, and quickly place them on a piece of parchment paper. Once all the strawberries have been dipped into the different chocolates, let them cool and harden.
When the chocolate is hard, use the leftover melted chocolate to drizzle on top using a fork.

*If you choose to use sprinkles, be sure to put the sprinkles on the chocolate when the chocolate is still wet.
